I am back home – thankfully. Was not able to have the scheduled surgery because of the complications. Headed back to Duke to see yet another specialist for bariatric complications revisions. I believe that the estimates of complications are really downplayed. Everyone who has weight loss surgery has complications, they just choose to live with them and consider them normal. There is nothing normal about weight loss surgery. I had a lapband and then had it removed after it failed, leaked, caused me pain, and was taking over my whole life. I hope that you can find some relief. Maybe by trying a high alkaline diet?

I understand what you are talking about. I have a friend that had surgery- she has been near death several times and her abdomen is a very tricky space and rules everything. I am really believing God that you feel better. I am praying that your visit on Wednesday w/ the corrective surgery will be resolved. I am really teared up over here listening to you.I would have had a moment as well. Weight loss is sooo in the mind and so is gaining weight. I so appreciate your videos.
